Photography started for me as a childhood passion, it then became semi-professional through university events at Bristol, and since leaving in 2014 it has organically grown into a full time career for which I feel incredibly grateful.
I now photograph a variety of beautiful weddings and events across the UK, capturing special moments in peoples’ lives; a job I find genuinely rewarding. It’s a huge privilege to be part of these important days and recording them is a responsibility I don’t take lightly.
My aim has always been to remain dedicated in my preparation, personable in my approach and energetic in my direction of the job at hand. I work with a natural style, aiming to capture personalities, relationships and the true spirit of the day.
I see photography as a skill that involves not just intuition, discretion, and creativity while shooting, but also huge dedication in the post-production process so that the images are both frame worthy and eye catching.
I am fortunate to work as part of Tatler’s Bystander team, to regularly support Sotheby’s in their events, as well as working for a number of brands and world-class event organisers such as Lillingston’s, Sharky and George, Addoastra, The Telegraph, Oppidan Education and Rocket Food.
Beyond enjoying the pace of events and weddings, I love to work more personally with families, children and individuals through portraiture. Though a different challenge, the focus is the same: to combine technical precision with intuition and to put the subject at ease in that moment by becoming a part of it myself.
When not with my camera, I love to travel, am a dedicated yogi and pursue an avid interest in the environment. Working with people is my true passion and I feel lucky that my career allows me to meet so many interesting characters in all walks of life.
